COMMENTS:

Ky amateurs are involved in many preparedness activities. SkyWarn
classes are being held across the state in readiness for the 2005
storm season.

The Ky State-Wide Storm Drill of March 8 brought reports of local 
and regional nets from the following:

Regional Activity:
Area 3, WARN (Centered in Area 5), Area 6 (A LARGE NET was 
conducted on the 146.700 machine with Lou. NWS as Net Control, 
but no report was received for actual figures), Area 7,

Counties reporting local nets were: Anderson, Boyle, Madison, 
Scott and Shelby.

KEN was active on HF (7.228 MHz)

Area 3, Ohio, Hancock, Daviess (Daviess and Hancock County EOC's
