Just to remind everyone the following class is coming up this weekend. For 
anyone wishing to attend, please email me as soon as possible so we have the 
necessary training materials on hand.

Course: Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)
Instructor: Ron Wittenbarger
Location: UK Medical Center, Basement Training Room
Dates: October 2 and 9, 2004
Time: 0800-1700
Fee: None
Target audience: Amateur radio operators, ARES, RACES, CERT
Food & Drink: Not provided. There is a cafeteria on the first floor of the 
hospital.

This course is a basic course in operating in a hazardous environment. 
Attendees will be required to suit up in personal protective equipment as well as go 
through decontamination procedures. The class will consist of lecture, 
bookwork and participation. Some emphasis will be on the Incident Command System 
(ICS).

developed. Class is limited to 20 people.
