[KYHAM] Hurricane Frances Response...

Hello all,
In order to provide a source of information related to any possible amateur 
radio need/response to areas affected by Hurricane Frances, a brief status note 
has been added to the KYHAM Emergency Communications Main Page at 
http://www.kyham.net/service.html.

Information posted there will be provided by KY Emergency Management, and the 
KY SEC Ron Dodson.  KY EM has staff in Florida, and will relay any need through 
the state EOC in Frankfort, which will be relayed to Ron Dodson and myself.

Florida is not the only area of concern.  With the remnants of the hurricane 
predicted to enter the Ohio Valley sometime between Tuesday and Thursday we 
could experience problems here due to heavy precipitation.  Please stay aware 
to changing conditions.

Updates will be posted to KYHAM in the days to come.
