[KYHAM] Continued Danger From Sev. Wx

As I write, a great number of  Ky counties are still under warnings 
while others are getting a short break in activity.   Numerous funnel 
clouds and tiorandic activity has already occurred with more likely in 
the late evening hours and the overnight.  Continue to monitor local 
weather spotter nets, NOAA Wx Radio and the media for current info on 
this rapidly changing situation.  No HF net has been activated as yet, 
if we need one, it will likely open first on 3.993.5 MHz.  KY4EOC is at 
present on the air on VHF/UHF and 3.993.5 though conditions this earlier 
are poor.
