[KYHAM] NEW Ky ARES Plan and DRAFT Ky RACES Plan

The NEW 2004 Ky ARES Plan (formerly the Ky Emergency Response 
Reference or KERR) is now available in the Resource Library 
Section at the bottom of the Emergency Communications 
http://kyham.net/service.html page, just above the training 
archives from KEN.

The KARES Plan is effective as of this date with one important 
exception... Appendix E - The Ky RACES Plan, is not yet approved 
and appears here as a DRAFT Document, until final approval OR 
REVISION is made by KyEM Officials. Other than that, the KARES 
Plan will only change if we find something amiss in detailing 
responses.  The NEW MOU is also not in the KARES Appendices as it 
is also awaitng signature.

To save paper when you print the pdf, text has been drawn 
together as opposed to having a lot of dead space requiring more 
than the already lengthy 60 pages.  The ICS portion of the KERR 
and Training Manual have been removed from their former position 
in the KERR and will appear later as seperate pdf files.

One other note, an updated Ky Scanner Law Section appears in this 
KARES Plan from the older version as the KRS has been revised.
