CUSEC will be conduction a preliminary test net to be run March 
21 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time (2:00 PM Central, 2000UTC) on or about 
7.238.0 MHz for Ky op's. Checkins may also be made on PSK31 on 
7.094 LSB and/or 3.585 LSB.  See the quoted message below.
These will be directed nets.

They are requesting SEC's, DEC's, EC's, MARS members and others
who are able to participate to check into this net.

This is not a direct part of the exercise which will be going on 
in western Ky from Sunday through Thursday this coming week with 
an earthquake scenario. However, If you have the time, please 
participate.
