I will be on hand as usuall until Sunday the 21st.  At that 
point, I will be heading out to the west with the KyEM staffers 
for the Earthquake exercise.

After Sat. the 20th do not send any mail to my addresses which 
will require any quick action or response. The girls will be 
home, but they do not mess with my e-mail accounts at all.  Nor 
would they know what to do with it if they did. This exercise 
operation ends March 25.

I am leaving the 26th to go to Chicago through the 1st. I then 
have another short run to make before setting down at home.  No 
e-mail access will be available to me during that period of time.

ARES Monthly Reports can come in as usual for those who send them 
in early, but I will not be sending acknowledgement replies until 
I arrive back home and get settled in after the 3rd of April.

Anything requiring immediate or quick actions 3/21-4/3/04 needs 
to be referred to Ron Goodpaster Ky ASEC at: ag4ty@yahoo.com . 
Ron will be acting with my blessing and full authority in my
