Subject: Cave City Hamfest update

Mammoth Cave Amateur Radio Club's 28th Annual Hamfest will be
held at the Cave City Convention Center on March 13. Gates open at 7:30
a.m. central time.   Location is just off I-65  Exit 53.

There are a few tables left.

Friday night setup on March 12 (6 to 9 p.m.) -
Otis KD4TKN, Joyce KD4TKO, Joe N4NAS, Wendell AD4EI, Jack KZ5JH.

Saturday morning Talk-in -
Bill K4MIQ 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m., Bob WA4KFM 7:00 a.m. - 8:00
a.m.   Talk-in rig will be in Sunroom.

Saturday morning setup 6 a.m. & clean up afterwards -
Mark N4SFA, Mike K1EG, Jack KZ5JH, Billy N4VDJ, Paul N4XPU.

Front door ticket sales -  Sharon Whittom & Lori KG4LZQ.

VE testing -
Chappy KD4SS. No Code at 9:00 a.m. & all others at 10:00 a.m. in

Navy Marine Corp MARS Meeting at 9:00 a.m. in West Hall Room B.

ARRL Forum & 3960 MHz Meeting at 10:00 a.m. in West Hall Room C.

Club Table & announce door prizes - Marty KC4BFF & Ruby KC4BFE

Food Service: Concession stand serving breakfast at 7:00 a.m.
changing over to lunch 10:00 - 10:30 a.m. Free coffee (while
supplies last).

Dennis KC4OHX and I  KG4KGY will be roving around helping out as
needed. Mark N4SFA will be at the backdoor with Larry KN4IV for
vendors, dealers admission.

Outdoor flea market spaces available weather permitting.
