Louisville Hamfest Banquet Now Includes Door Prizes (GLHA)

Announced last week, the Louisville Hamfest Banquet has added door prizes.
Provided by Ken Weikel, KF4BAR, of Weikel Foods in Louisville (makers of Pie
in a Bottle at pieinabottle.com), there is now a chance to win one of four
different door prizes.
1 - Pie in a Bottle Gift Basket ($28)

2 - 5 in 1 Emergency Radio and Spotlight ($40)

3 - World AM/FM Shortwave Radio with Digital PLL Tuner ($40)

4 - World Time/Clock Radio with NOAA Weather Band ($80)

You must be present to win.

And a reminder, immediately following the banquet will be the Wouff-Hong
ceremony (approximately 9PM). To participate, you will need proof of ARRL
Membership and being a licensed Amateur. It has been a long time since this
ceremony has appeared in Louisville and it is something all hams should have
the opportunity in which to participate.

The Louisville Hamfest Banquet is on Friday, September 10, 7PM at Paroquet
Springs Conference Centre. Reservations are $20 in advance, which includes
meal, tax and tip. Reservations must be received by August 28, 2004.
