I found a web page with code practice at various
speeds.  It generates qso's, random letters, numbers,
call signs, news agency headlines and more at various
speeds and various letter speeds (the Farnsworth
method).  You don't even have to download anything. 
It also has practice exams for the Ham liscence (Tech,
General and Extra).

Steve, it was me who asked about improving code speed.
 I have improved to 13 wpm solid and 15wpm mediocre. 
I participated in a contest Monday night with the
Adventure Radio Society Spartan Sprint.  I made 15
contacts in 2 hrs.  This coming weekend I will
participate in the IARU World Championship contest as
a QRP CW only station.  

I am also trying to do a little rag chewing.
