[KYHAM] Icing Conditions Possible - Sat/Sun

For those not watching weather developments; parts of central Ky 
may receive freezing rain and resulting icing conditions late 
Saturday night and into early Sunday AM. While this is not 
expected to last after it changes back to rain on Sunday, 
everyone should periodically check the media and NOAA Wx Radio 
for updates on this developing situation and be ready for 
possible outages in affected areas should conditions persist.
