Tonight and early in the morning, temps around the state are 
expected to approach or be in single digits with wind chills 
around zero or less.

Please monitor your local repeaters and simplex channels in the 
event someone finds themselves broken down and dependent upon 
their radio to summon aid.  With such drastic temps, hypothermia 
will set in rapidly. Use caution and dress appropriately if you 
go out.
