what we need to do is a recall of the directors from all Divisions . which 
i am doing the paper work on now. but i can only do it for the great lakes 
division..
since  14 of them did as they wish and not as the membership who pays for 
everything the arrl does wishes or even cares to take a survey. Those who 
worked for our ticket the old fashion way of learning the theory and code. 
have no other recourse then to call for a Recall.
it is time that the B.O.D. and Directors learn that the membership is what 
counts and how they feel NOT what Dave Summers and his lackies want.
