[KYHAM] Ky Well Represented in the SERA Journal

Congratulations to Pat Spencer, KD4PWL on a fine write up while 
on his maiden voyage as the Kentucky Correspondent to the 
SouthEastern Repeater Association (SERA) Journal.  Pat, with page 
48 of the Feb. 2004 issue, is replacing Frank Belcher, KS4XL who 
has served Ky in the past in this capacity.

Pat, as with Frank, will only be able to serve us so long as we 
feed them info for each quarterly edition. If you have a repeater 
that you'd like to let folks know more about, or if your group 
has been involved in using their machine for some public service 
endeavor or net, I am sure Pat would love to know all about it so 
that he can give others the story. Let's all support him as he 
tries to pass on news from the Kentucky side of the VHF/UHF world.
