[KYHAM] Thanks for Cb frequencies

An explanation is in order here.  First, I want to thank those of you
who sent the cb frequencies to me.  Why did I want them?  The wife of a
friend of mine is giving him a receiver for christmas and she wanted me
to program it up for her including all 40 channels.  This was not for
me.  Two people who responded said that they thought it was  awlful that
I, should ask for the frequencies of the Cb band on aham list. Folks,
What are we supposed to be doing this time of year?  I am just trying
tohelp a friend.  If this will makeh im happy by programmingup these
frequencies in his receiver and I can do it, then it will help him and I
am glad that, in some small way I was able to contribute to his
happiness.  Yes, there will be other ham and swl frequencies in the
receiver, but I wanted to put things in order.  As some of you know the
Cb frequencies were a part of the novice band from 1951-1958.  Cw was
used on those frequencies.  With a shell account which I use, and a
screen reader. it is difficult to navigate conveniently on the web.
