A few weeks back, looking at some ARES related web sites, I happened 
across a document that would make an excellent read for anyone involved 
in ARES/RACES or MARS.  While peeking at Amateur Radio Canada's web site 
I found the following document; "Lessons NOT Learned"

is a 29 page article, it is a thoughtful presentation.  It also 
illustrates that many of our problems are not that different than those 
of our neighbors to the north. For the training aspect this month, I 
encourage everyone to download this and give it a read over the coming 
days if you can find some spare time from holiday preparations.  If 
nothing else, look it over during the cold days ahead as we move into 
2005.
