[KYHAM] Change in KYHAM Emergency Communications Section...

Hi All,
	Just a note that the KYHAM Web Site has reorganized the Emergency 
Communications Section.  The updated layout was uploaded this evening.  The 
reason for the shift is it will allow for future planned expansion in the 
many areas of amateur radio emergency communication that cannot be 
addressed on one page.

The Emergency Communications section can be reached from any page of the 
KYHAM web site at http://www.kyham.net/
