I am pleased to announce that Scott Thile, K4SET of District 1 
k4set at radioministries.org  will be assuming the new position of Ky 
Assistant Section Emergency Coordinator for Digital Communications. 
Scott brings with him a great deal of experience with WINLINK 2000 as he 
is well versed with it and has an operating PMBO for it there in the 
Murray, Ky. area where he is active with it for the Radioministries 
organization for Christian Missionaries.

Scott has been involved with this effort of 1 and a half years and has 
an informational website on WINLINK for the use by missionaries and 
those involved in humanitarian efforts at

I am sure we will be hearing from him in the days to come and I ask that 
you offer him congratulations and support as he begins to work with 
Kentucky amateurs who are interested in the advancement of WINLINK 2000 
for ARES and EMCOMM applications in the Kentucky Section. Welcome Scott 
and many thanks for assumning this important challenge.
