[KYHAM] Trailer guide lines

Hi all. Our club, Central Kentucky Amateur Radio Society, was recently donated an Airstream trailer for our use. We are wanting to put together a set of guidelines and rules for usage of the trailer and we were wondering if any other clubs have this already in place and if we could get a copy. Also, were there any issues you had to work through. Thanks in advance for any information.
