Redently I purchased an apartment antenna from MFJ. I have never used  one 
before and assembled it justlike thedirections say. However, I am using a  MFJ 
Model 949E. can tune the standing wave down to about 1.2 to 1-3, set my  tuning 
peg on theantenna. However when Ikey up to check the standing wave thee  is 
no fluctation on the power meter sode pf tje tuner. Does anyone have any idea  
what the trouble might be?
