[KYHAM] Severe Weather Potentials for the State

A review of the NWSFO's serving Ky show that spotter activations 
MAY BE requested later tonight and tomorrow in Western, Central 
and Eastern parts of the state, Northern Ky and NE Ky counties 
are not as likely to see severe weather events.
