Situations such as this are the reason I no longer visit 3960, every one seems to want to control the frequency. The language sometimes heard is enough to make a die-hard CB user blush. From what I have observed, the majority of HF users on 3960 tend to discuss the faults of other operators with every one except the individual station in question; they might make greater progress toward cleaning up 3960 by talking "to" each other instead of "about" one another.
