Tomorrow is 9/11...two years later.

9/11/01 woke America up, and brought America together. Two years later, we
are as politically divisive as ever. However, that is the beauty of our
nation. We enjoy the PRIVILEGE of free thought, expression, religion, and
the press.

Regardless of differences of opinion or perspective, we need to remember
those who paid the ultimate sacrifice whether victim, hero, or hapless
bystander and their families. The persons who lost their lives as a result
of the attacks, the police, firefighters, EMS and other public safety
workers who responded, and the members of the military who have perished
since then keeping America safe need to be remembered. Those who are
currently serving in posts around the world need to be appreciated.

Since 9/11/01 amateur radio has seen a reawakening within itself, and by
government agencies for its resources, and ability to respond to assist our
communities. This rebirth, however, has come at the expense, loss and
sacrifice of many persons. We should respectfully acknowledge, remember,
and honor their memory and lives.

God Bless America, all of you for your differing opinions, and the
PRIVILEGE we enjoy to express them.

73, Take Care!
