[KYHAM] KY Amateur Radio Web Site is down...

Just wanted to let everyone now that if you try to reach the KY Amateur 
Radio Web Site, and can't that there is something going on at QSL.NET.  
The entire domain is non-responsive.  Al Waller may be doing 
maintenance, or there could be a DNS routing problem. Not sure, but it 
should be back up in a few hours.  I haven't heard anything directly 
from Al.  I'll let you know if I hear that serious problems are 
occurring...
