[KYHAM] FS IC-706MKII and LDG antenna tuner

Last call , I am  breaking up the set. I will sell the Transceiver 
(IC-706MKII) which has its standard (non-keypad) microphone for $600 and a 
bag to carry it but with out the antenna tuner.  I'll keep the antenna 
tuner for use with my other radios for now.
