Louisville To Host 2004 ARRL KY State Convention (GLHA News)

Louisville will be the host of the 2004 ARRL Kentucky State Convention as
the Greater Louisville Hamfest Association (GLHA) moves to the Paroquet
Springs Conference Centre providing an all-indoor, air-conditioned facility.
This move allows the GLHA the opportunity to sponsor the convention and a
banquet on Friday, September 10th. The meal will be catered by Paroquet
Springs and is expected to be around $20 per person. Word has it the
after-dinner events will be hosted by a local radio personality. Plans for
the Wouff-Hong are in the works.

The Greater Louisville Hamfest will be on the following day, Saturday,
September 11, 2004. More information will be announced as it becomes
available. The GLHA website is at www.qsl.net/glha where events and pictures
from the 2003 hamfest are also highlighted.
