[KYHAM] ARES net schedule changes

The Boyle/Mercer county ARES net that was on Monday nights at 9:00pm has moved to Thursday night at 8:00 on 146.655- repater, no tone.  
 
The Lincoln County ARES net that was on Friday night will follow this net at 8:30pm on 146.460 simplex.
 
Sorry if this causes an inconvenience for other nets.  Hope to see y'all there.
