[KYHAM] CONFIRMED: HS Security Level Back to Orange

As mentioned earlier last night the Homeland Security color
coded system has been increased once again from YELLOW
(Elavated) to ORANGE (High).  Ky and Indiana today will be
reviewing facilities which may need extra security.  Be
watchful for increased security access procedures in coming
days and always carry your ID's as well as any other
appropriate material for your job or duties if these
procedures are implemented.  

Again I also actively encourage double checking your
information lists at your stations and ytouamateur equipment
over the next few days for functionality and preparedness. 
Mobiles and mobile antennas may have been corroded at
important points during winter months. As may your home
station connections.
