[KYHAM] 145.37 repeater

The 145.37 repeater in Richmond will be off the air Tuesday through Thursday
due to Eastern Kentucky University shutting power down for maintenance.  It
is unclear whether they will run their backup generator during this period.

While this repeater is down, feel free to use the 146.865- pl 192.8 which is
located at the Madison County EOC in Richmond.
