[KYHAM] Vertex VX-150

Has anyone had any problem when you turn the volume all the way up on the
radio it seems like the speaker is whistling and is somewhat difficult to
hear the traffic on the freqency.... I turn the volume up on my radio and
the whistling sounds terrible... Any suggestions?
