I always have 146.52 in my scan channels in the mobile, and at the house 
as well.  My personal preference is that folks use 146.52 as a calling 
channel, then move somewhere else for long QSOs.  Of course, that's just 
my personal preference, and I realize other local practices and 
opinions may differ.
