This child may have been abducted and / or is believed to be in=20
imminent danger.  your help is needed in locating SHEMEKAS ALLEN who is=20=

described to be 16 yrs Old , Female, African American, 5'2" tall, 100=20
lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. She has a birthmark on her back=20
above the waistband. SHE WAS LAST SEEN WEARING A YELLOW HALTER TOP and=20=

LIGHT COLORED BLUE JEANS.

SHEMEKAS ALLEN may be with an unknown AFRICAN AMERICAN MALE with SHORT=20=

BLACK HAIR, 6'3" - 6'4" tall, with a STOCKY UPPER BODY, HE IS IN HIS=20
LATE 20's.  He is driving an older model HUNTER GREEN FORD CROWN=20
VICTORIA LICENSE PLATE 857JCD. The child and suspect were headed on=20
US60 Westbound from SHELBYVILLE.  THE MALE was wearing BLACK GLOVES and=20=

is ARMED WITH A SILVER HANDGUN, POSSIBLY A .22 CALIBER.

The Origin of the Amber Plan

The AMBER Plan was created in 1996 as a powerful legacy to 9-year-old=20
Amber Hagerman, a bright little girl who was kidnapped and brutally=20
murdered while riding her bicycle in Arlington, Texas. The tragedy=20
shocked and outraged the entire community. Residents contacted radio=20
stations in the Dallas area and suggested they broadcast special=20
