[KYHAM] More SkyWarn classes

There will be 2 SkyWarn classes given in Harrodsburg. 
Feb 1 and Feb 8.  Both of these classes will be given
at 3:00pm.  The classes will be at the Bay West Paper
Corporation Training Center and is open to all
Amateurs and the public.
