[KYHAM] Upcoming SKYWARN Classes

Hello Jeff,

Please pass along my thanks to whoever scheduled the spotter classes. At least
one is scheduled when we folks that work second shift can attend (Feb 22).
Hopefully in the future someone will really be innovative schedule some classes
in the AM (between 0800 and 1200 hrs. EST).
