[KYHAM] National Threat Level Goes Back to Yellow

The National Threat Level was lower back to Yellow today. 
This is the level we had been at on Feb. 7th, 2003 when it
was increased to ORANGE. according to a CNN report...

Personally, I'd almost expect trouble now, more than when we
are at Orange.  Just a thought.
