I have collected a number of parts for homebrewers and experimenters.
Let me know if you want to start a project and maybe I can help you out.
I will develop a list when I get time. I have thousands of crystals,
capacitors.
The latest is a 1.7 to 2 GHz VCO (voltage controlled oscillator). These
have about
-3 dbm (0.5 mW) output and 3 to 5 volts may be used for the supply.
With a diode or transistor mixer you could make a 2.4GHz to 440 Mhz down
converter to
or you could take 2 and mix them together to make a 0-300 Mhz sweep generator.
Just some thoughts. I've got a lot of them. It's too bad they don't cover
a ham band directly but the
price was right.
Let me know if you want a couple, I'll bring some to the Bluegrass Amateur
Radio Society's meeting Monday.
