I just checked the ARRL web site. The VA declaration was
rescinded at 2 PM EST today.

HOWEVER,

THE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS DECLARATION FOR LEX/FAYETTE
COUNTY IN KY REMAINS IN FORCE AND IS EXPECTED TO DO SO FOR
THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.
