[KYHAM] Berea Repeater

The 146.715 repeater in Berea has a problem in the audio board.  It will
have to be taken off the air and checked out further.  Therefore there will
be no Nets conducted until we get it repaired.  Should any emergencies arise
with the need for amateur radio, utilize the 146.865- repeater (pl 192.8)
located at the Madison County EOC in Richmond.  Backup will be 145.37-(pl
192.8) in Richmond.

For those of you who are unaware of it, there is also a 444.625+ repeater in
Richmond.  It has a pl of 192.8 also.  It is not high profile, but has very
good coverage of Madison County. Especially from Richmond to Berea.
