[KYHAM] Ky ARES Advisory: National Threat Level Increased

In case you did not catch the newscasts already, the
national threat level is being raised from YELLOW to ORANGE
effective today.  Expect security increases around
governement and military installations to take place.   A
press conference with HS Security Director Ridge is to take
place at 12:30 PM today.

Our KEN Training for this week will focus on amateur radio
aspects of this move.
