Hi,
The Bluegrass Amateur Radio Society is hosting an ARRL VEC test session on
February 8 at 10am.  The session will be held at that Red Cross Center (1450
Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY).

The test session fee, as specified by the ARRL, is $12 for 2003.

Be sure to bring copies of existing licenses and valid CSCEs if testing for
an upgrade, as well a two forms of identification (one should be a picture
ID).
