As of approx. 1:30 PM on Sunday, 12/21/03, the Homeland Security
Advisory
System Threat Level has been upgraded from Elevated to HIGH
(yellow to
ORANGE), due to "credible threats" of terrorist incidents during
the holiday
season "and beyond."  Consult media for further information and
updates
