I had it pointed out to me earlier this morning that I may
potentially have given a wrong impression in my message yesterday
regarding the creation of a Section Traffic Plan.  Rightly so, I
was called on it as I should have been and I do need to back up
and clarify the statement below.

The feedback was that I may be making the NTS net managers and
independent net managers feel left out of any input in the final
draft of the plan.  This is not and was not my intent in the
statement above.  All NM's and experienced handlers of NTS
traffic are welcome to offer thoughts and input.  This is one of
the reasons I asked for current info on ALL nets in the state. 

Yes, the DEC's and EC's will be given a chance at input, but then
so will anyone else who asks to be involved in the project with
experience in the subject area.  I hope to make this as trouble
free as possible and maybe with help from knowledgeable folks in
the section, make our ability to communicate in emergency
operations even better.

Any time someone reads something and wants a clarification of my
meaning, please ask.  I try to say what I mean, but sometimes it
does not all come out on the page the way it should have or I may
make the omission of including something like the comment I just
made on involvement. 

Moral; Never fail to call me on something you feel is relevant.
