If you receive any email with a return address of [email protected]
(Note @pop.) it is not from me. I have not used that email address in over
a year. I suggest that you filter it and send it directly to trash. All
mail going to this old email address is being forwarded to me ( which I
trash), the UK email server does this forwarding automatically and it can't
turn it off. Since all the email that I receive having this email address
is SPAM, most likely any email you get with the old pop return address is
coming from the SPAM servers or the return address is being cloned by a
virus in other computers.
The reason I mention this is that I am receiving email from mail servers
that has bounced via this old email address that I have not sent.
