Sue Bell, K4RBH's widow has been in contact with me about John's radio's
and ham related gear. She has decided to sell what she can. With the he=
lp
of a friend she has gone through alot of his things trying to sort out wh=
at
is what. Some things are obvious... others are not.

Tonight, Mike and I went to John and Sue's home and we talked to her at
length and looked at the radio's and equipment there. I wrote down alot =
of
numbers and models of many of John's gear. (which was hard to do).

She wanted me to ask via email and on any nets, for those that may have
loaned radios or tools or whatever to please come forward with names/
serial numbers/ model of that which belongs to you. If you have anything=

that belonged to John, please come forth and return it. She knows of som=
e
things that belong to others and is trying to keep that separate. She is=

looking for other things that she knows belongs to others.

After a respectable time frame, at her designation, the items left will b=
e
sold by way of whatever means possible. We will be utilizing the
assistance of several hams to help determine the value of the items to be=

sold. John told her to not let anyone "take" her in the sale of the
items. The items that she knows did not belong to anyone else will be so=
ld
as soon as we can get the word out. This pertains to recent purchases th=
at
she has receipts for.

Her email is Sue Kolenda Bell [email protected] Her phone numbe=
r
is 273-1173.

She appreciates a timely response. She also thanks everyone who was John'=
s
friend. She has listened to the recording of the goodbye net and was
touched by everyone's comments and emotion. =

For Sue, and for John, please get in touch with Sue as soon as convenient=

to let her know if there is something she has that belongs to you. Be su=
re
to have model numbers and serial numbers or other identifying marks to b=
e
certain it is yours.

Thank you,

Jeanie Dalton, KB8QLC
