[KYHAM] UPDATE to Ky ARES Advisory: Tornado WATCH

In the last couple of hours, Tornado Warnings were issued in
Trigg and Hopkins Counties of Western Ky.  These cells are
slowly moving eastward as the activity within them slides to
the northeast.  Continue to keep an eye on NOAA WX Radio and
local conditions.  Spotter activatiosn may be requested
later today.
