COMMENTS:  

Area 7 DEC, NB4K reports-  
Had an EC, AEC meeting and a general ARES instructional
class in August. The instructional class was on incident
command 1 1/2 hours given by Ed Burk EM Director of Kenton
County and damage assessment 1 1/2 hours given by the deputy
Director of Kenton County Bary Lusby.

AREA 14 - Lincoln Co. EC, Ron Goodpastor, AG4TY reports
that their VHF simplex nets are off to a good start.
They are on Fridays at 8:30 PM on 146.460. They are 
open to anyone who is in range for check in. 
Three new hams are now on the air and becoming active.

A good time was had by all at this year's Ky Section ARRL
Convention.
