I have completed the after action report on our Ky SET held
on October 5, 2002.  While I had originally planned to post
it to the listserv's as a plain text e-mail, the final
document is five pages long and would be a handful for some
to deal with in this form.  Pat has placed it on the news
page of the web site and it can be downloaded as a .pdf

I do wish to thank all who took time out of their weekend to
participate and those who submitted the reports that
culminated into this one. I especially wish to say a word of
thanks to the hams in our border states who supported the
exercise and ALL Net Control Operators without whom the SET
would have been a pretty dull affair. While I do wish more
had taken part, I am grateful for those that did and hope to
see a bigger, better turnout in the future SET's down the
road.
