[KYHAM] Fall Time Change and KEN/WARN Times

As you likely already know, this weekend at 2 AM Sunday
morning, the time goes back one hour to standard time. 
Kentucky Emergency Net (KEN) and the Wide Area Repeaters Net
(WARN) will remain on their local time slots as always. If
you are in the Eastern zone and the KEN opens at 8 PM Monday
night your time it will continue to do so. Central time
zoners will still see it open at 7 PM their time.  WARN on
Sundays is still at 8:30 PM Eastern/7:30 Central.

KTN's schedule will be announced later by their net manager,
KB4VKS.
