[KYHAM] SEC is on 7.228 on standby

I am starting to get a few reports of trees and phone lines
down from the strong winds in Meade County.  I will be
monitoring 7.228 MHz in the event anyone is looking for me
and cannot make phone contact.  For those closer in, I am on
146.625 -.  Looks like winds are the biggest threat today!
