[KYHAM] ARRL.NET Traffic Blocked by Hotmail and Juno

I can understand the move by the ISPs to block the address.  There have 
been several times in the past that myself and others have have shown 
evidence to to the IT department there about the need for 
implementation of spam filtering.  We got a lukewarm response, and 
simply went on our way.

About 6 months ago, I dropped my arrl.net forwarding service and the 
amount of spam I receive has dropped probably 75-90%.  The proof is in 
the pudding, and I am enjoying a lot less SPAM.
